GRAPHIC DESIGN FOR IKEA FESTIVAL + SPACON&X + ROYAL DANISH ACADEMY
For the exhibition ‘Hephaistos’, displayed at IKEA Festival in Helsingbörg, I created the graphic identity and poster for the pavilions built by students (myself included) from The Royal Danish Academy.
PROCESS
The poster features a custom font and Greek style imagery, which alludes to the design philosophy of the pavilions. The Hephaistos Project is centered around universal design and the undeniable pledge to leave no one behind in architecture and spacial design.
Hephaistos is the Greek god of crafts and lives with a disability, providing the perfect symbol of the exhibitions symbiosis of craftsmanship and inclusiveness.
